Description:
Lafiel is given the task of being the Territorial Ambassador for Lobnas II as there aren't enough ambassadors for the Bebaus brothers' growing fleet. Upon arrival, Lafiel and Jinto discover that Lobnas II was utilized by the United Mankind as a prison planet, and currently houses one million prisoners on the only livable island, divided into three sections - western for women, eastern for men, and central for the sterilized prisoners. The women from the western sector desire to leave the planet to escape from the men, which causes the men in the east to revolt against the guards and capture Jinto, aiming to halt the emigration. At this same time, an adversary fleet is approaching the system, resulting in Lafiel having to leave Jinto behind.
