Description:
One of the chosen children to operate the Shinkalion is Hayato Hayasugi, whose last name is a clever play on the phrase "too fast." These robots are fashioned after beloved Japanese bullet trains (shinkansen) and can transform into fearsome battle machines that protect the country from an unidentified menace. To defeat a mysterious creature that looks like a dark bullet train, the young Shinkalion pilots must work together with the adults from the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute.
