Description:
During a public exercise in Maizuru Bay, the Aegis Destroyer warship coincidentally encounters a suspicious foreign vessel. Conan Edogawa, Ran Mouri, Kogorou Mouri, Sonoko Suzuki, and the Detective Boys are all invited to attend the event. However, as the military operations commence, a crew member discovers a severed left arm belonging to a lieutenant. Conan soon learns that a foreign spy may have infiltrated the warship to obtain classified information, jeopardizing Japan's line of defense and leaving the country vulnerable to an attack. With the help of the police at sea and allies investigating on the mainland, Conan must uncover the identity of the spy and prevent a national crisis from unfolding. Japan's safety hangs in the balance.
