Description:
While visiting the Bell Tree Tower's observation deck one morning, a man is fatally shot by an anonymous sniper. Conan Edogawa attempts to capture the shooter, but is unsuccessful. Later, he discovers that the suspect, Timothy Hunter, is a former Navy Special Ops member who was already under investigation for a past murder. The FBI believes that Timothy has three more targets in mind, but he is killed after two more murders. With their only lead gone, Tokyo becomes terrified as news of the assassinations spreads. Conan must locate and capture the perpetrator to put an end to the sniping attacks.
