Description:
During the 19th century, Western Civilization entered Japan and brought with them automated dolls and advanced steam-powered inventions that rapidly spread throughout the country. The Wind Gang, a group of individuals who manipulate dolls and steam, strongly believe in utilizing their creations to spearhead an aggressive Industrial Revolution. However, on an unfortunate day, they violently attack and destroy the quiet town of a young doll manipulator named Hiwou. With the assistance of a gigantic doll named Homura, Hiwou and his friends escape and set out on a mission to find his missing father and team up with him to defeat the Wind Gang and restore peace to Japan.
