Description:
In the follow-up installment, Hei and Yin are currently evading authorities for their act of disloyalty towards the Syndicate in the preceding season. Hei runs into Suou Pavlichenko, a 13-year-old mixed-race girl, after leaving Japan, who gets embroiled in the war and politics of competing groups and Contractors while vying for supremacy. Meanwhie, Hell's Gate in Tokyo continues to stand tall, despite Hei's attempts to foil Satrun Ring's anti-Gate particle weapon. While Contractors are now exempt from potential deletion, this hasn't curbed the inclination of new and former Contractors to misuse their powers. Misaki Kirihara and her Public Security Bureau squad are grappling with an escalation of Contractor incidents, amid attempts to thwart the Syndicate which holds prime posts in the world's Japanese police and intelligence bureaus. The majority of the plot takes place in Japan and Russia.
