Description:
The powers known as "Toys" are granted to select individuals who possess unique qualities. While some are born pure and use their abilities to become detectives, others with a darker influence become phantom thieves. As these opposing factions clash, detective academies arise to train individuals to combat thieves and bring them to justice. Among the top performers at the Yokohama-based Holmes Detective Academy are Sherlock Shellingford, Nero Yuzurizaki, Hercule Burton, and Cordelia Glauca - members of the renowned group "Milky Holmes." Yet in a showdown with the infamous Arsene, their Toys dissipate, effectively ending their careers as detectives. Cast aside into a dingy attic, they must reclaim their lost powers within three months or face expulsion. Tantei Opera Milky Holmes recounts the once-great group's quest to reclaim their Toys and continue their detective work, despite the loss of their defining abilities.
