Description:
Detroit Metal City (DMC) is a death metal band that reigns over the indie music scene with its dark and crude style. Its lead singer, Johannes Krauser II, is infamous for his demonic persona and his aim to conquer the world and control all mortals. But behind the scenes, Krauser II is just a persona created by Souichi Negishi, an average college graduate who prefers listening to Swedish pop and living a peaceful life. However, he has to put up with DMC's extravagant concerts to pay his bills. Detroit Metal City follows Negishi as he struggles to balance his band life, a budding romance, and managing his obsessive fans in a hilariously entertaining manner.
