Description:
A young sweep by the name of Lubicchi befriends a man who emerges from garbage by means of magic on the eerie evening of Halloween. Giving the name Poupelle to this newfound friend, Lubicchi is set on mending a void left by his father's death at the hands of oppressive forces, known as the Inquisitors, which endeavor to squash any knowledge beyond their own and distort the true history of their town. However, their bond quickly captures the attention of many, and with the threat of the Inquisitors looming and the disapproval of some townsfolk, their friendship is put to the test. In spite of any hindrances, Poupelle has a special place in Lubicchi's heart, and the two work together to uncover the truth and clear the smog deranging the town's skies.
