Description:
Despite the recent Akuma attack, the Black Order soldiers remain resolute as they prepare to relocate to a new base. Allen Walker's triumphant return, however, is cut painfully short as he is ordered by the Central Agency to have his arm sealed by the Order. Surprised and disheartened, he is called to a meeting with his mentor, General Cross Marian, who unveils unimaginable secrets about the enigmatic 14th Noah.
