Description:

During the Second World War, Dr. Haneda developed giant robot warriors to fight for his country against the Allies. However, the facility was destroyed by Allied bombs before the robots could see action, and Dr. Haneda was killed. In a twist of fate, a decade later, two of the prototypes, #26 and #27, were discovered by criminals who used them to commit crimes. Dr. Haneda's twelve-year-old son, Shotaro Haneda, embarked on an investigation and learned that the mob was searching for the rumored twenty-eighth robot in the series, which was believed to be the most powerful. Racing against the criminals, Shotaro discovered the robot first, along with Dr. Shikashima, who was thought to have died in the bombings. Together, they saved Tetusjin-28 from falling into the wrong hands and decided to use it for peace rather than war. With Dr. Shikashima's help, Shotaro fought crime for many years, aided by police officer Otsuka. Later in his career, Shotaro also found himself battling aliens from the planet Magma, who had come to Earth with their own giant robots, named Magma X and Gold Wolf. Despite the powerful opposition, Shotaro remained committed to upholding justice and protecting the peace.
