Description:
Rally Vincent is well-versed in weaponry, whereas her partner Minne May Hopkins takes pleasure in experimenting with explosives. Together, they operate an illicit gun store. However, when Bill Collins from ATF threatens to ruin their establishment, Rally and Minnie May are coerced into joining the agency.
