Description:
After Inu no Taishou passed away, his two swords Tenseiga and Tessaiga were passed down to his sons, Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha. However, a third sword remained unknown. During a visit to his friend Kagome Higurashi in modern times, Inuyasha discovers Sounga, his father's mysterious sword. Sounga was discovered by one of Kagome's ancestors in the old well that connects the past to the future and has been treasured at the Higurashi shrine for many years. Unfortunately, it isn't long before the sword's true nature is revealed; an evil spirit with an insatiable desire to kill lurks within. Inuyasha struggles to control and subdue Sounga's dark energy, but ultimately decides to bring it back to the feudal era. He must face his brother, Sesshoumaru, who has always yearned to possess the sword. But during their heated battle over the weapon, Sounga disappears, and the siblings are forced to work together to find it. Unbeknownst to them, the sword holds a secret that could change their lives forever and carry on Inu no Taishou's legacy.
