Description:
Morioh was once a peaceful community, but strange occurrences have shaken it up in 1999. Joutarou Kuujou, a marine biologist, decides to visit Jousuke Higashikata, whom he has never met before, in this enigmatic town. To his surprise, Jousuke is the illegitimate son of Joutarou's grandfather, Joseph Joestar. As the two connect, Joutarou realizes they share more than just blood relations. Joined by the unassuming Kouichi Hirose and energetic Okuyasu Nijimura, Joutarou and Jousuke set off to investigate the increasing disappearances and bizarre incidents happening in Morioh. With their Stands in tow, they brave perilous obstacles in their search for the town's secrets, hoping to prevent a catastrophic disaster.
