Description:
Every year, distinguished Rikkyouin High School conducts a drawing to elect the upcoming Student Council members. The drawing culminates in the appointment of Chihiro Enomoto as President and his childhood friend, Tokino Akiyama, as Vice President. Nonetheless, prior to taking on their roles, they have to undertake a one-year training under the auspices of the prevailing Student Council. Any negligence in fulfilling their designated duties, no matter how negligible, will result in their prompt removal from the school.
