Description:
After Uranohoshi Girls' High School shuts down, third-year students Dia Kurosawa, Kanan Matsuura, and Mari Ohara graduate, leaving Aqours with only the first and second-years. In search of a practice space, they explore their soon-to-be-enrolled-in school, only to find it deserted. The transferred students were redirected to a different branch due to concerns about club burdens. Determined to show their commitment, Aqours sets a new goal. However, their plans are interrupted by the sudden disappearance of the third-years during their graduation trip. Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie: Over the Rainbow follows the remaining Aqours members' journey to find their missing mentors and change the school's perspective.
