Description:

The mundane routine of Yuuhi Amamiya, a college student, is disrupted when he encounters Sir Noi Crezant, a chatty lizard who claims to be a champion of justice. Crezant reveals that the world is in grave danger from the mage Animus, who intends to destroy it with his massive Biscuit Hammer, orbiting Earth. Yuuhi is appointed as the Lizard Knight and is tasked with teaming up with other Beast Knights to protect the princess and save the planet from certain doom. Yuuhi is not pleased about placing his life in jeopardy and, as a result, carries on with his day-to-day activities. However, he encounters a golem created by Animus and is immediately overpowered. But his neighbor, Princess Samidare Asahina, comes to his rescue. Surprisingly, Samidare has different plans from Crezant's, and she intends to destroy the world with her own hands. Intrigued by her unwavering determination, Yuuhi vows to get stronger and assist Samidare in achieving her objective. As the duo fights against Animus' golems, Yuuhi begins to take an interest in life. Nevertheless, he is hindered by the haunting travails of his past traumas, which threaten to hold him back from making further progress.
