Description:
Shahalta, a tiny European city-state floating in the sky, has been cut off from the rest of the world for many years. In celebration of its recent shift from monarchy to republic, the administration has arranged a national exposition featuring their prized possessions. Lupin's intent is to infiltrate the exhibit and take possession of the priceless royal treasures. Regrettably, Lupin learns that a band of sky pirates has already absconded with the loot.
