Shougo Yahagi is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast living in a world brimming with blazing bikes, thundering rock music, and captivating J-pop idols. Despite the apparent tranquility of society, everyone is oblivious to the clandestine computer program concealed as the pop idol, Eve, which spies on them. Shougo is more focused on romancing beautiful women such as Yui Takanaka, a dancer on the rise, and riding his beloved motorcycle. Unexpectedly, Shinji Nakagawa, his comrade, reveals a top-secret project dubbed the "Garland," which is a revolutionary motorcycle that can transform into a robot. Tragically, the military intervenes, launching an attack, but Shougo quickly seizes control of the Garland and escapes to the city. With Yui's and her mates' support, they evade the military and expose the shocking reality behind their seemingly peaceable community. Every minute, Shougo unlocks one truth after another revealing that their seemingly ideal society is nothing but a colossal hoax.
