Description:
In the future, the depletion of fossil fuels will create a global energy crisis. To counter this, humanity has turned to solar power, with three major factions—Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations, Advanced European Union, and Human Reform League—utilizing solar power generators to provide endless energy. This shift has caused nations dependent on fossil fuel sales to plummet into poverty, leading to internal strife and warfare over solar energy control. Amid this turmoil, a mysterious paramilitary organization called "Celestial Being" emerges, pledging to end warfare with their advanced Mobile Suits known as Gundams.
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 depicts Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters, Setsuna F. Seiei, Lockon Stratos, Allelujah Haptism, and Tieria Erde, as they enter the destructive conflict between the three superpowers, striving to change the world.
