Description:
Due to her best friend Yuuki's hospitalization, Minami volunteers as a team manager for her High School's baseball team. Determined to support the team despite her lack of experience, she seeks guidance from a book on baseball management. However, she mistakenly purchases Peter Drucker's "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices," meant for corporate management. Rather than returning the book, Minami decides to read it anyway and applies its concepts to the baseball team's success at the Nationals.
