Description:
By 2041, World War III had eradicated two-thirds of the global population. It brought about a new social order, one that rejected the notion of gods or any transcendent force. The government set up the Special Weapon Enforcement unit to capture and reform anyone who harbored subversive beliefs. To ensure conformity, citizens were monitored for any incriminating thoughts. Naoya and Naoto Kirihara, brothers with psychic abilities, had been sequestered by their captors to keep their talents hidden. They had been promised release once society was ready to accept them.
