Description:
Shinichi Chiaki is a gifted musician with aspirations of performing with Europe's elite. He's a well-known perfectionist, renowned for his exacting standards, not just for himself, but for others too. Despite hailing from a distinguished family, Shinichi is tethered to Japan due to his fear of flying. While studying in his fourth year at Japan's foremost music university, Shinichi encounters Megumi Noda, affectionately known as Nodame. On the surface, Nodame appears to be an aimless, unpolished girl. However, Shinichi is dumbfounded when he hears Nodame play the piano for the first time. He's entranced by the stunning music she produces. Nevertheless, Shinichi is disappointed to learn that Nodame is his neighbor and further dismayed when she develops a serious crush on him.
