Description:
Four years have passed since the events of the first series, and the sequel picks up from where it left off. Papuwa-kun, an enigmatic boy, resides on a newly formed tropical island, populated with the same bizarre creatures from before. Together with his maid, Liquid, and a new amnesiac companion called "Rotarou", they embark on absurd escapades, all while dodging and bewildering the Ganma Army, Special Corps, and even the Shinsengumi, who are determined to uncover Rotarou's true identity and capture him.
