Description:
The introduction to the movie is available online and features the prologue, which depicts the first day of the story. The movie takes place in a world that exceeds one's wildest expectations. Within this world, people don protective suits and reside in a cramped, subterranean realm of unending tunnels and shafts. However, despite their modest lifestyle, they live happily. Patema, the princess of this underground community, frequently ventures out to explore, driven by her fascination for the unknown depths of their world. Her preferred location for exploration is the "danger zone", a prohibited area according to the community's "rule." Although her guardian Jii continually admonishes her, Patema cannot resist her curiosity about the reason for the danger. Nobody ever elucidated on what exactly constituted the danger. But when she finally discovers the concealed "secret," the story commences.
