Description:

Androids are widely utilized in a future Japan, but they're not considered equal to humans. Dori-kei, or android-holics, are those who treat androids like humans, and this is discouraged because it could lead to an android uprising. Rikuo Sakisaka, a high schooler, gets suspicious of his household android, Sammy, when she starts going out without Rikuo's permission. A cryptic message in her logs leads Rikuo and his friend Masakazu Masaki to Time of Eve, a café that prohibits discrimination between humans and machines. The café's regulars, including a malfunctioning robot and Akiko, are struggling with their own personal problems. As Rikuo investigates Sammy's behavior, he begins to question whether androids are truly without consciousness or value.
