Description:
Kenta meets up with his childhood friend Marina at a Pokemon Center to put their skills to the test. However, mid-battle, their plans are foiled by a sudden thunderstorm and the arrival of Bashou and Buson from the Roketto-Dan gang. These two criminals use the Crystal System to attract Electric-type Pokemon, all in an effort to return them to their boss, Sakaki, under the watchful eye of Shiranui-hakase. Kenta and Marina get wind of this wicked plan and are determined to put a stop to it. Things take a turn for the worse when the legendary Pokemon Raikou is abducted, adding an even greater sense of urgency to their mission.
