Description:

Satoshi and Pikachu have come to Miare City, located in the renowned Kalos region, in order to capture more Pokemon and advance on their journey to become the best. While there, they meet Citron, a brilliant inventor, and his younger sister Eureka, and promptly challenge them to a battle. However, their plans are interrupted when Team Rocket, who have followed Satoshi to Kalos, trigger a Gaburias to go on a destructive rampage through the city. Meanwhile, in the peaceful Asame Town, a girl named Serena is forced to practice Sihorn riding daily by her professional racer mother. Serena observes the turmoil unfolding in Miare City on television, recognizing a boy from her past who had a profound impact on her life. Determined to reconnect with him, Serena sets out on a journey to Miare City. Pokemon XY follows the group as they journey throughout Kalos, with Satoshi challenging gyms, Citron learning from Satoshi, and Serena searching for her true calling. Along the way, they encounter new comrades, face fierce rivals, and continue to hinder Team Rocket's plans while gaining insight into the enigmatic nature of mega evolution.
