Description:

The narrative takes place in Ohitoyoshi, an imaginary city in southern Hinomoto that had been successfully rejuvenated through Hachiroku's efforts in promoting tourism. The city is currently preparing to host the inaugural Maitetsu Festival that intends to unite Railords and their respective masters from all regions of Hinomoto. The renowned Suzushiro and other Railords are taking inspiration from the humans' festival preparations and are congregating for a "Railord Summit" at Amairo, a café situated in the railway station, to share their combined knowledge.
