Description:
The true identity of Moonlight Mask has always been a mystery, with the character being credited as "?" in the original series. Moonlight Mask wears a white costume, including tights, cape, scarf, gloves, and boots, along with dark glasses, face cloth, and an Indian-style turban adorned with a moon ornament. Equipped with a whip, two six-shooters, shuriken, and moon-shaped boomerangs, he rides a motorcycle. However, the audience may suspect that detective Juurou Iwai is the masked hero, as he always disappears before Moonlight Mask appears. Even Iwai's comical assistant, Gorohachi Fukuro, his friend, Inspector Matsuda, and children Shigeru, Kaboko, and Fujiko are unaware of his secret identity.
