Description:
Despite a year passing, the Ousai Private Academy student council remains unchanged. The lewd and lascivious President, Shino Amakusa, remains as shameless as ever. The Secretary, Aria Shichijou, still haughtily rejects the notion of wearing panties. The Treasurer, Suzu Hagimura, is still short in stature. Takatoshi Tsuda, the Vice President, continues to be the lone voice of reason amidst their shenanigans. Though the Council has grown to include more members, including Takatoshi's equally perverted sister Kotomi and Uomi, the student council President of Eiryou High School, who embraces their madness.
