Description:
Amidst the glittering Christmas lights that adorn New York City, Akari Kido, a police officer from Tokyo Metropolitan Police, manages traffic as part of her international exchange training program. In the midst of her duties, a witch-like prankster disrupts the peace for a "Christmas Party." Just as a trailer truck speeds towards the chaos, a mysterious girl materializes, proclaiming, "I will protect both New York and Akari!"
