Description:
Humanity faces a daunting challenge in 2039 - the rapidly increasing sea level. The situation is worsened by the appearance of the Fleet of Fog, a group of ruthless enemies that resemble naval vessels from the past. These menacing foes disrupt communication and transit lines between regions, adding to the crisis at hand. Despite multiple attempts to retaliate, humanity's weaponry proves inadequate against the Fleet of Fog's might. However, Gunzou Chihaya leads a team aboard the friendly Fog I-401 submarine Iona. Known as "Blue Steel," they are entrusted by the Japanese government with a crucial task to transport humanity's last defense, the Vibration Torpedo Warhead, to the United States for mass production. Amidst this unpleasant conflict, Blue Steel remains steadfast in their pursuit of a peaceful resolution. As they embark on their mission and confront various obstacles, the crew of Iona stays true to their principles, upholding them in the face of adversity.
