Description:
18-year-old Tokio discovers two-month-old kitten Chibi-neko after her former owners abandon her. Despite his mother's allergy and fear of cats, she allows him to keep Chibi-neko to combat his withdrawal following a failed university entrance exam. Chibi-neko develops affection for Tokio, imagining herself as a miniature human speaking in human language, though only capable of meowing. Additionally, she believes all humans were once kittens like her. Chibi-neko learns about Cottonland, a feline paradise where dreams come true, from a stray cat.
