Description:
As a junior in high school, Naoki Kuzumi resides with his aunt, uncle, and cousin Matsuri due to the traumatic loss of his parents five years ago. Although he struggles to recollect his past, Naoki takes solace in his everyday routine. However, his life takes a drastic turn after Mikoto, a crimson-haired girl, crashes onto him while he naps on a bench. Mikoto is from the future, a time where those with incurable illnesses seek refuge in Naoki's era. She mistakes Naoki for her younger brother and reveals her mission to find her sibling, Yuusuke, who has been transported to Naoki's time.
