Description:
Towa and Setsuna, two half-demon twins, lived happily in Feudal Japan until a forest fire separated them. Towa was propelled through a portal, ending up in modern-day Japan. Fortunately, Souta Higurashi discovered her and raised her as his own daughter as she couldn't go back to her own time. Fast-forward a decade, and Towa is now a 14-year-old student who has acclimated well to her new life, despite getting into fights. But one day, three visitors from Feudal Japan suddenly appear before her: Moroha, a bounty hunter; Setsuna, her long-lost twin sister and a demon slayer; and Mistress Three-Eyes, a demon on a quest for a mystical artifact. The trio teams up to take on their adversaries, but Towa is shocked to discover that Setsuna has no recollection of her. The series, Hanyou no Yashahime: Sengoku Otogizoushi, documents their journey as they work to restore her memories and unravel the truth about their intertwined destinies.
