In the aftermath of a meteor collision centuries from now, Earth is left in ruins as a result of a deadly disease known as M34 that mutates humans into vicious creatures. To combat the outbreak, various governments implement specialized organizations such as NOA, which equips soldiers with nanotechnology that activates their transformation into defenders against the infected.
