Kohane Hatoya's endearing quality is also her fatal flaw. Despite the distance she has to travel, she has an absolute desire to assist others. She is inspired by cheerleading since her middle school days and is motivated to launch her own squad, now that she's a high school student with the same zeal. Meanwhile, Uki Sawatari, her closest buddy, gives her endless support in getting out of difficulties. But Kohane has a formidable problem - she's never been a cheerleader before. She has no knowledge of how to behave, dress, or execute moves in cheerleading. She has a deeper issue, given her short height, as the sport calls for stunts that require scaling far above the ground. Suddenly, Hizume Arima arrives on the scene - a former cheerleader who aspires to detach from the sport. Unluckily for Hizume, Kohane remembers her and is determined to lead the new squad, even if it means tackling her childhood phobia.
