Description:
After Sotetsu Genan's defeat in 1940, the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division in Tokyo saw Captain Seijuurou Kamiyama embark on a covert mission, leaving Sakura Amamiya in temporary command. Kamiyama's journey to Europe resulted in him entrusting a Russian girl, Klara M. Ruzhkova, to the care of the Flower Division upon his return. But when Moscow Combat Revue's Captain Valery Kaminski arrives in Tokyo to retrieve Klara, the Flower Division must act to stop him.
