Description:
During a dark night, a spy infiltrates the Japanese police with plans of stealing classified information from various intelligence agencies such as MI6, BND, CIA, and the FBI. However, Tooru Amuro and his team of officers successfully intervene before the spy can escape, leading to a high-speed chase on the highway. Just as it seems like a catastrophic accident is inevitable, FBI agent Shuichi Akai's precise shot brings the chase to a sudden halt. The following day, Conan and his friends visit a recently refurbished aquarium in Tokyo. While exploring, Conan comes across a beautiful stranger who appears to be injured and suffering from amnesia. Strangely, the woman's left and right eyes are different colors, and she cannot recall her own name or communicate through her broken cellphone. Conan and his comrades vow to assist her in recovering her lost memories. Unbeknownst to them, Vermouth is watching from the shadows with a silencer in hand. She speaks into an attached intercom, remarking, "Everything is going according to plan, Gin."
