Description:

The Halloween season has brought a vibrant buzz to Shibuya, Tokyo. A wedding ceremony is taking place at Shibuya Hikarie, with Sato adorned in a stunning bridal gown. However, in the presence of Conan and other guests, a sudden attack occurs, and Takagi is injured while trying to defend Sato. The situation is brought under control, and Takagi recovers, but Sato is deeply affected. The image of the grim reaper, which she had seen at the time of Jinpei Matsuda's death in a series of bombings that took place three years ago, comes back to haunt her, blending with the memory of Takagi's attack. Meanwhile, the perpetrator responsible for the bombings breaks out of prison. Rei Furuya/Toru Amuro, a member of the public safety police, is on the hunt for the man who killed his classmate. However, his pursuit is cut short when a mysterious person disguises themselves and clamps a collar bomb on him. To disarm the collar bomb, Conan visits the underground hideout where Amuro is staying. While there, Conan learns of an incident that occurred three years ago when he and his fellow police academy students encountered an unknown virtual bomber called "Plamya" in Shibuya. As the team investigates further, they discover an ominous presence looming over them.
