Description:
As they faced off against the monstrous Angels in the earliest battles, young Eva pilots Shinji and Rei carried the burden of humanity's hopes on their shoulders. However, the onslaught of the Angels grew deadlier, and the looming Third Impact threatened the world. To their relief, two new Eva pilots joined their ranks: the fiery Asuka and the mysterious Mari.
