Description:
Megalo Box is a boxing form that involves metal frames called Gear. "Gearless" Joe became a boxing legend after winning the first-ever Megalonia tournament. However, Joe lost an exhibition match against the second champion and disappeared for years. Years later, Joe, now known as "Nomad," lives a low-key life and participates in underground matches. His mind is disturbed by hallucinations, which he numbs with painkillers. Joe defeats Chief, who loses intentionally for money from gamblers, during a match. Chief is from an immigrant community called Casa, which lives on illegal land. Chief aims to earn enough cash to buy the property legally. Initially reluctant to get involved, Joe ultimately decides to help Casa.
