Description:

Nishi witnesses his high school sweetheart Myon crush her ankle as she jumps onto a subway. This encounter reunites them, but Nishi is surprised to learn that Myon is engaged. To meet her fiancé, Nishi visits her family's Yakitori restaurant, but trouble brews when Yakuza members arrive and attempt to assault Myon. Nishi intervenes and tragically loses his life. As Nishi enters the afterlife, he encounters a shape-shifting god who ridicules him for his death. The god urges Nishi to enter a portal and disappear entirely, but Nishi defies the god and returns to the land of the living.
