Description:
Tokyo Bay experiences a surge in Labor accidents, prompting detectives Kusumi and Hata to launch an investigation. Their findings unearth a web of government concealment, the existence of a dangerous biological weapon called WXIII-Wasted Thirteen and an emotional tie between Hata and the case. Working together with the military, they must confront WXIII in a showdown against the Labors of Special Vehicle Division 2 to thwart the threat. Set between Patlabor Movie 1 and 2, this film tells a separate tale.
