Masayoshi Hazama wholeheartedly embraces the tenet of heroes: never surrender, never cower, never falter, and never condone evil. Since his formative years, Masayoshi has been drawn to superhero shows. He earns his livelihood as a renowned model by day and metamorphoses into the valiant samurai called Samurai Flamenco by night. In his superhero guise, he sets out to bring fairness to the town and confronts those who flout regulations, from rebellious adolescents to litterbugs. Masayoshi's heroic acts soon gain traction, and he captures the attention of the masses, leading to a serendipitous encounter with policeman Hidenori Gotou, who discovers his authentic identity. While initially advising Masayoshi to leave crime-fighting to the law enforcement, Gotou eventually partners up with him in his noble escapades. Nonetheless, their venture transcends eradicating petty crimes and littering to strange undertakings that influence the destiny of the universe. Alongside their newfound confederates, Masayoshi and Gotou engage in a brawl linking the world and their inner selves to unravel the genuine essence of being a hero- whether or not one wields superpowers.
