Description:
In Japan's peaceful Edo period, Masanosuke "Masa" Akitsu wanders as a ronin, skilled in swordsmanship but labeled "unreliable" due to his meek personality, leading to abrupt dismissals from employers. This causes Masa to question his identity as a samurai. Yaichi, a nonchalant man draped in pink, offers Masa employment as his bodyguard, but the job is not as it seems. Masa unwittingly becomes involved in the illicit activities of the Five Leaves gang, led by Yaichi. Despite struggling with his principles, Masa's curiosity drives him to unravel the past and motives of this enigmatic group of outlaws.
