Description:
As he searches for his dear companion, a young lad named Nai falls into the trap of an alluring woman whose stunning appearance is eclipsed only by her appetite for human flesh. Meanwhile, cunning thief Gareki breaks into her opulent abode. After creating a diversion, Gareki obliges Nai's request for help in escaping. Sadly, they are exposed when the woman returns and transforms into a gruesome creature, causing the duo to frantically flee. In their run for safety, Nai and Gareki cross paths with "Circus," a government security outfit charged with tackling challenging criminal cases and shielding citizens from "varuga": horrifying beasts that feed on humans. In anticipation of locating Nai's missing friend, the two decide to align with Circus. On their treacherous mission, they confront lethal varuga and gradually unravel the enigmatic workings of a shifty conglomerate called Kafka.
