Kino wakes up from a nap and breathes a sigh of relief upon noticing that a specific tower in the distance still stands tall. Situated in the heart of Tower Country, the towering structure appears to reach infinite heights, resembling a dream-like edifice that is as real as can be. Intrigued by the magnificent construction, Kino and Hermes embark on a journey to the tower to have a closer look. The townspeople are still constructing the already unbelievably high tower, which confounds Kino and Hermes. Seeking answers about the tower's origins, they ask locals for information, but their efforts prove futile. During the duration of their stay, they persistently observe the tower and the people constructing it in hopes of unraveling the reason behind creating such a massive structure. Their experiences prove that valuable insights can be gleaned from any country, no matter how unusual.
