Description:
Japan is heavily influenced by the Taira clan, also known as the Heike. A girl with a unique talent for predicting the future makes a misstep by insulting the clan, resulting in the death of her father. Fate intervenes, and Taira no Shigemori, the eldest son of the clan's leader, crosses paths with the now-renamed "Biwa." She informs him that the Heike's downfall is imminent. Upon discovering the mistreatment of Biwa, Shigemori vows to protect her. As tensions escalate in a time riddled with military conflict, the Heike engage in a cunning power struggle. Shigemori, who possesses the gift of seeing spirits, is hopeful yet uneasy about avoiding his clan's demise. Biwa is reluctant to share her foreknowledge and must adapt to a new life filled with both joy and suffering during this critical period in Japan's history.
